Freehand drawing is hard to control.

• Try increasing the magnification by zooming in. It's easier to draw details at 200 percent.
  
  
• Choose Freeform instead of Scribble to draw the line or shape.
  
  
• Try setting your mouse to the slowest tracking speed available in the Windows Control Panel. You have greater control when you draw at a slow speed.
